We sell complete CNC laser machine system, all accessories are included. If you buy one, you don’t need to buy additional equipment. However, if you want to purchase any parts and peripherals, we can provide you with anything you may need.

Installation

First of all, for small laser machines like CO2 laser cutting and engraving machines, laser cleaning machine, laser welding machine, and laser marking machines, our technicians have already installed this machine before shipment. After the machine is delivered to the customer, only small parts such as water coolers, air pumps and fans need to be connected.

However, we will send detailed training videos and installation instructions, and most customers will be able to complete the installation themselves. We can send engineers to your factory to train and install fiber laser cutters and large format laser cutters. To save on shipping costs, some machines with safety shields and tube-cutting rotary will be disassembled for shipping. In this case, we would recommend that the engineer come to the customer’s factory to install.

For some countries, if you want to save the cost of installation and training, our engineers can also provide online training, you can follow the video and manual installation. We will provide a simple troubleshooting manual for your machine that will help you deal with common problems that occur on your machine.

We will provide extensive technical support online, such as detailed technical and installation instructions. For example, when you encounter a maintenance problem, we videotape the entire operation, as if the engineer were there to guide you through the problem.

First of all, we do not have a minimum order quantity for our products. In other words, you can order one if you want.
If your order is part of a project, you can send us all the relevant project details and we will provide you with a detailed solution and quotation. In addition, if you need any technical information and support about our laser machines, we can help you. Whatever your question is, you can expect an answer within 24 hours.

Quotation and Budget

After we analyze your processing materials and processing requirements, we will provide the best solution and machine according to your specific requirements, and send you the machine quotation. In addition, we will send technical information or any other reference documents as you request.

Payment Options

Once we have gone through all the details and confirmed your order, then payment can be made. Depending on your location, you can make payments via T/T, Western Union, or Moneygram.

Transport Preparation

Once we receive your payment, we will begin to prepare your order. In some cases, we will have all production materials in stock and your order will be ready for shipment within 7 days.
However, most orders require at least 7-15 business days. If you have a very large order, it can take up to 20 days.

Shipment
