We can offer many models, the normal working area is (40 * 60 cm, 60 * 90 cm, 90 * 130 cm, 130 * 250 cm, 150 * 300 cm, 150 * 600 cm, 200 * 400 cm, 250 * 600 cm) , and conventional laser power (CO2 laser 60 to 300 Watts, fiber laser 500 to 12,000 watts) , these are the most popular. If your request is not met, please let us know. We have the ability according to your request custom-made!
You can send us your sample materials and tagged content for testing, samples will be completed in 1-2 days, we take your photos and videos, or can send back to you for quality inspection.
After we confirm the details of the laser machine, we will issue a proforma invoice to you. Then you will wire 50% of the total amount and we will start production. During the production process, we will send you machine pictures and test videos. Then you transfer the balance, and we’ll arrange to ship for you. You can also make a 100% deposit for a small amount.
We accept wire transfers(T/T) to our company’s official bank account or Western Union, 50% of the advance and 50% of the balance before delivery.
We can arrange sea and air transportation or other transportation for our customers accordingly. We can send the machines to the warehouse of any seaport in China by increasing the domestic transportation cost. On Fob or CIF basis, we will arrange the shipment for you. You can give us the port of your destination or the detailed address so that we can inquire about the freight.
Before shipment, we will take photos and send the working video to our customer for confirmation, and can process the video tester according to the customer’s drawings.
After shipment, we will send all the original documents to you by email or DHL, including the packing list, commercial invoice, Bill of lading, and other certificates required by the customer.
We have the standard laser marking machine in stock, 3-5 days can be shipped, custom marking machine production time for 7-12 days. For a standard CO2 laser machine, the production time is about 7-12 working days. Custom CO2 laser machine, delivery time is about 10-15 working days. Standard Fiber laser cutting machine 15-20 days, non-standard laser machine and custom machine 25-30 days. For a laser welding machine and laser cleaning machine, the production time is about 5-7 days.
First of all, the machine will be tightly packed in waterproof plastic, the plastic will be wound on the machine multi-layer, plastic packaging will prevent the existing air into the machine, which is very important in maritime transport, otherwise, the wet air will etch the machine.
Secondly, we will use the air cushion film packing machine, which can avoid scratching the machine during transportation.
Finally, we will use plywood as the outermost layer of packaging, we will also fill some foam between the machine and plywood, foam can reduce the impact of the buffer on the machine during transportation. The plywood box has a steel beam at the bottom to support the machine well.

Our technicians have installed the machine before shipment. For the installation of some small parts, we will send the detailed training video and user manual. 95% of customers can teach themselves. Our engineers will be trained online. If necessary, we can send our engineers to your site for training and installation, or you can send operators to our plant for training.

Yes, our machine can work for 24 hours, but after 10-14 hours of operation, we recommend that you turn off the machine for 15-30 minutes and check the cutting head protection lens, laser source and water cooler status, this can protect and extend the service life of the machine cutting head and laser source.
Please don’t worry about this problem, we use the original or imported machine parts, we guarantee for 3 years, if some machine parts are damaged or not working properly (quality problems), we can replace it free of charge during the warranty period.

Another way is that you can notify us when you need to replace consumables and we will send them to you within 24 working hours.
Like all laser machines, laser tubes, mirrors, and focusing mirrors are fragile accessories. The nozzle, Protective Lens and Ceramic Ring of the cutting head are also vulnerable parts. When you buy a machine, you can buy these spare parts in addition, which makes it easier to replace them later.
